Automation and integrations
Connect the work behind your website
When the same information moves between your website and business systems, manual copying can become part of the routine. Studio 0A designs integrations and automation around a defined workflow, its data and the people responsible for it.
Discuss your projectRepeated steps leave room for mistakes.
Product details, stock information and commercial rules may live in separate places. An integration needs to account for those differences, including missing information and exceptions, so the connected process is understandable and manageable.
How we work
Map one workflow.
We identify the starting point, the information involved and the intended outcome. We also establish who owns the data and where human decisions remain necessary.
Define the connection.
We assess the available systems and access before choosing an approach. Data rules, triggers and exceptions are defined alongside the normal path through the workflow.
Build and check.
We implement the agreed connection and test representative situations. Documentation explains how it operates, how problems are surfaced and what needs attention when a system changes.
What the work can include
- A workflow map with data sources and responsibilities
- An integration or automation within the agreed scope
- Rules for data handling and exceptions
- Checks for the agreed operating scenarios
- Documentation for operation and maintenance
A good starting point when
- Webshops managing product and stock information
- Businesses repeating transfers between digital systems
- Teams with a defined process ready to connect
Scope, before we start
Feasibility depends on the systems, access and data available. We define the connected workflow in advance; additional integrations, ongoing monitoring and maintenance are agreed separately.

Connected operations at Tegeloutlet.
The Tegeloutlet work includes product and stock data flows, integrations and custom pricing rules. It provides a concrete example of connecting the storefront with the information behind it.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?
We first examine what your tools can support. Connecting the existing setup may be appropriate; any proposed replacement should have a clear reason.
Does every automation need AI?
No. Clear rules and direct integrations often suit a defined workflow. AI is considered where it serves a specific task, with review requirements made explicit.
What happens if a connected system changes?
We document dependencies and agreed failure handling. Changes to external systems can require updates, so ongoing support is discussed as a separate part of the scope.
