Project inquiries

When you contact Studio 0A, we receive your name, email address, organisation, selected services, investment range and project brief. We use these details to review your request, reply and discuss the project with you. They are not added to a mailing list or sent to Google Analytics.

Inquiries are stored securely with our website provider, Cloudflare, and delivered to the studio at kevin@tegeloutlet.be. Delivery records help us retry a message if email delivery is temporarily unavailable. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps prevent repeated spam submissions and is cleared after the rate-limit period.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited, where visits come from and whether the inquiry process is completed. Google may process technical information such as device and browser details and an approximate location derived from your network address.

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics”. We do not enable advertising cookies, Google signals or advertising personalisation. Our events exclude names, email addresses, company names, project briefs and inquiry references. Page addresses sent by our tag exclude query strings and fragments.

Our Analytics cookies, including _ga and the _ga_ stream cookie, last up to 180 days. We remember your cookie choice in your browser for 180 days. Google’s retention setting for detailed user and event data is two months; aggregated reports may remain available longer.

Google operates internationally and may process data outside your country. Read Google’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for their processing practices.

Your choice

You can refuse analytics and still use every part of this website. Change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below or “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing stops future analytics collection and removes the Analytics cookies set by this site; it does not automatically remove information already collected.
